 7:15 am - 9am (5 needed)

Details: Check in participants (on computer),

distribute any final race bibs and shirts.

Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026

7:15 am - 10am  | 10 am - 1pm

(2 needed for each time slot)

Details: Guide cars into parking and collect

parking fees. Must be 18 or older. Must be

able/willing to do cash handling.

8 am - 11 am (5 needed)

Details: hand out water/snacks to participants as applicable during the race. This task may involve prolonged standing.

8:00 am - 10 am (20 needed)

Details: Placed throughout the course, this is to guide and cheer on the runners. This task involves prolonged standing. You can also choose to wear a donut costume.

7:15 am - 10 am (3 needed)

Details: For those with race experience, you team be part of a team to monitor the course, and encourage participants providing assistance as needed. This task may involve prolonged standing.

8:30 am – 10:30 am (10 needed)

Details: Stage and hand out donuts to race participants. This task may involve prolonged standing, plus we need some people to lift the donut boxes.

10 am - 1pm (20 needed)

Details: Help out with various post-race

entertainment and other activities, including VIP area 

performances, kids area, concessions.

8am - 10:30 am | 10:30am - 1pm

(2 needed for each time slot)

Details: Sell run merchandise, such as logo water bottles. This task requires cash collection and may involve prolonged standing.
